Well guys, after almost a year, I'm leaving dispatch and going back to driving. I couldn't find a local driving job so I stayed even though I hated it. I just got a call put of the blue about driving straight trucks in the Philadelphia area and I decided to go for it. I start Monday. Never drive a straight truck before, hopefully it's not too weird. Doing dispatch I really learned how much I hate people. I can't wait to spend some time with myself for a change. 😅

Shoot, after driving a tractor trailer, driving a box truck would feel like a 4 wheeler. Lol. Congrats sir. All the best.

That's awesome news! Is there anything you're going to miss from dispatching?

Robsteeler,

Congratulation to you. Good luck is in order too. Remember to keep the Class A active just in case you decide to return to the "Big Rigs".

Thanks guys. I will definitely keep my class A until I'm completely positive that I never will drive a semi again... then I'll still wait a year! As far as missing dispatch...some of my drivers i will miss, but the amazonians-not at all!
