Yea I'm understanding it that way now as well. That sucks!

Ok reread the two and three are supposed to be off. 2 or 3 sleeper won't pause anything like currently. But waiting at shipper or reciever for 2 or 3 off then minus drive time and taking 7 or 8 continuous sleeper will give your time back. Essentially paused. Still helps in a pinch.

Shipper:

The customer who is shipping the freight. This is where the driver will pick up a load and then deliver it to the receiver or consignee.
