I had a supervisor ask me the same question a few months ago and I said "A free day off"
I was always a fan of extra bags. Shower bags especially. 2nd on the list would be a hat, then probably a tshirt. I never used the coffee mugs I got because i always used the pilot or speedway ones for the cheaper refills and the little lights and other stuff we tended to get usually broke pretty quick.
A free dinner. Truckers love food.

I've always used any cup I want including ones from a competitor, and the truck stop will always honor their cheap refill price.
A pay raise.
It's the most appreciated gift of all.
I descent jacket with company logo, possibly even with drivers name on it. Something maybe weird, but if the trucks all have sleepers maybe an extra set of bedding for the sleeper. When I farmed Pioneer used to give paring knives with logo, not the real cheapo ones but good ones that last were always nice. Also an engraved pocket knife or leatherman would be good.
Hey all! I work for a smaller trucking company and have been tasked with the job of figuring out a good gift for all of our truck drivers. Was hoping to get ideas directly from the drivers. In the years past weve done, shirts, hoodies, jacket, backpacks, cups... What do y'all think would be a great gift for our drivers?
I've always felt strippers were a welcome gift at my birthday party. 🤣😂😎🤑
Amazon giftcard would be most welcome. Walmart is useful too.
A decent barn coat / Carhart style would be nice. Our company offered a cheap fleece (kind of ironic, huh?) jacket at one year employment as a driver anniversary, the barn coat was a $30 upgrade from the fleece one that they were offering. I bought the barn coat and haven't been disappointed.
