Just take a deep breath and try again. The only person that fails is the person that quits trying. You will get through it.
Testing is always never racking. Even with 16 years of experience I get nervous every time I have to take are a road test for a new company. One truck i have learn over the years is to start up a conversation with the tester and failing that talk to yourself and say loud what you are doing each step while you are doing it. Talking will help reduce the nervousness and help you to stay on task. You learned the steps a certain way and saying them out loud will help you to remember them.

This is a method we used in the military for various tests, especially for timed and sequenced tests. It always helped to say out loud what you were doing. Looks like I will be doing it all over again. It worked then, it will work again.
Great advice, Guyjax...I would have never thought of "talking to myself"...which I do all the time..but I can see how you could "talk" your way thru the testing....good deal !!

Well...After having a very respectable school cycle I had my test today . I didn't think I would succumb to the stress but it happened. I had spring brakes on during static air and service air leak test during the in cab .
Trooper said it's obvious I know the material . Told me I nailed coupling ...suspension and brakes on the external and in cab would have been flawless .
So now I got a trip to dmv Monday to submit this mornings fiasco and retest March 8th.
Nerves are a killer . I have done that in cab over 10 times .
