I go to get a drug test this week. Prime sent me a bar code to have the testing place scan. They sent it through a app called driver pulse. Problem is through the app the barcode wont load. I emailed my recruiter she said I got to go through the email she sent. I did that still don't load. I tried on my pc and don't.

Know 2 months ago i was going to prome but had to wait till I was financially stable at home. I was sent the barcode and took the test. Would that barcode still work? I screenshoted it.

Maybe uninstall the app and reinstall it? I honestly havent heard of any issue with this. It could be your phone doesnt have the storage so clearing the cache may help?

We have an IT department but that app is not ours. IDK if this will help... But comment on this video. Andrea is our social media director and this video shows our IT head. If you ask a question... They always respond. Andrea was in charge of recruiting and may be able to check things out.

Recruiter told me to get email to drug test place and she will send return info. Prome Recruiter really helpful, I feel bad for the hassle.

Not sure if you figured it out yet or not but have you tried loading the desktop version on chrome? Click the 3 dots in top right hand corner and you'll see Desktop Site. Click that and it may work for ya.
