I start orientation for schneider in west Memphis ar Monday Aug 17th just looking for some insight on it from other drivers

They have been around since I beleive the 1930s if I am not mistaken and are one of the larger North American carriers. My landlord went to their school in AZ and received excellent training. I also have yet to meet an unhappy Schneider driver, some have been with them their whole career. It really is finding out what works best for you and sticking with it.
