Ah ok. No I wasn’t confused between the two. I knew Carolina Cargo had changed their ways. I just see the Carlo ia Tank Lines trucks pulling boxs. Which I thought was weird. One just pulled in the fuel island. Talk about concidence, lol.
Some traditional box companies are pulling some tankers these days. Robbie Wood has really stepped up their tank division. Heck Sherwin Williams even leased some tanks and have their drivers pulling them.

PJ, since Rinchem acquired them late last year, and they are mainly medical and pharmaceuticals, they require MINIMUM 2 years OTR now.
Not sure if you are confusing them with Carolina Cargo; they are NO LONGER a 2nd chance company, either. They've got some 'dealio' going on w/Penske, and now require 2 clean years, also.
O/P, have you looked into TransAm? (<<<< You don't HAVE to lease, but they 'like' you to.... yeah.. let'em 'LIKE' ... LoL.. nope!) Also, Stevens comes to mind. And the infamous Dutch Maid Logistics, here in Ohio. A few 'thoughts' to ponder~~!!!
