The state agency that handles everything related to your driver's licences, including testing, issuance, transfers, and revocation.
I got mine through Star ( now a 160 Driving academy) in Bensenville, they offer a course to help with out of state transfers. Illinois wants everything done and said a certain way so it might be worth looking into.
John Wood Community College in Quincy, IL. offers a refresher. I think it was around $300.00. You get 10 hours of instructor time and use of a truck and trailer for the CDL test. They are all manuals, mostly 10 speeds.

That would be a great price, from my viewpoint. $30 an hour, a CDL instructor, plus their truck and trailer to use for the test? That sounds like money well spent to get a license transferred.
I think I would investigate that option, Joseph C.
