Completed first 2 weeks and got to talk to my trainer today...He seems to be a pretty good guy...Start out with our first load Sunday @ 4

hey how is it going out there? It has gotten a lot better for me. Do you got a good trainer? I hope so my trainer has been great for me and telling me horror stories about other trainers but its really only been two of the trainers and one does not work with us anymore.

I start school on June 29th and I contacted them to see if they hired students from the Orlando area. They don't hire below I-10. A shame they seem like a good company. Oh well, there's others.

Sorry about that Frank but there are other good companies out there...RedBeard I got a good trainer...He's pretty easy going and laid back...we've been running to OK & DFW this week but got one unloaded early and got an xtra load down to Austin..

Great week so far ... We've dropped 1 Monday morning that pays last week but then ran 2 Tuesday and 2 today and sitting with #6 to unload in the morning....hope to squeeze 2-3 more out Thursday/Friday. How's everybody been doing

I have spent the better part of the last 2 weeks broke down with trailer issues. So not happy about that I have missed out on getting extra loads because of it and today they had to re-assign my load and I'm still waiting for this trailer to be fixed so I can get a new dispatch. I swear I have the worse luck! Lol

Hey guys I'm new to the site just join today I just finished my classroom part of CTS in Tyler texas today so I start driving Monday i have meet Chris from mcelroy and I got approved and I'm set up for class with them on July 13 just want to know how ya like them so far ?? Thanks

Hey Matthew, welcome to the site...I went through CTS in October last year and just finished my 2nd week with my trainer. It's been all good with me. I've had a chance to meet several other drivers and so far everybody has been friendly and willing to help or answer any questions I've had. No complaints here

Well thank you sir I'm new to the trucking industry so I really want to pick one company and stick with it I'm really interested with meclroy just wanted to here it from yall since ya are already training and know somewhat about the company. Where abouts you been running and was your trainer close by you ?? Is the pay pretty much what they tell ya ?? Thanks for yalls help

I am glad to see that this thread is thriving. When I first posted it there was not much to find about McElroy. I think it is a great company that has really grown recently. Please keep the updates coming! Thanks!!!
