Wow I don’t know but I’m pretty sure those are mandatory after 3 years.

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

Say what you want about the company, idk anything about them. But this tattoo is a quality tattoo. The shading on the purple, the line work around the letters, and stress cracks that carry through concrete.

Reminds me of a sign I seen in the very first tattoo shop I’d ever been in. “Good tattoos aren’t cheap, and cheap tattoos aren’t good”. With that being said, you get what you pay for.
