I was driving down I-40 in Arizona when the Serpentine beat broke which forced me to crash into a guard rail. Also the Qualcomm was not working so it was hard to report it. When I got back they told me that I was terminated due to safety reasons.

Qualcomm:

Omnitracs (a.k.a. Qualcomm) is a satellite-based messaging system with built-in GPS capabilities built by Qualcomm. It has a small computer screen and keyboard and is tied into the truck’s computer. It allows trucking companies to track where the driver is at, monitor the truck, and send and receive messages with the driver – similar to email.

How long had you been driving at the time? How long have you been off the road now?

I have been driving for 1-2 months now and I have been off the road for 2-3 weeks.

How did you get the belt replaced? You don't have a cell phone?

How did a serpentine belt cause you to hit the guard rail? It is not connected to steering or braking. Maybe I don’t understand all thing involved but sounds odd. You used the word forced.

Yes we got the belt replaced and also the coolent container melted make it not drivable. I did take pictures but could not get the phone number to send the pictures to.

The coolent container melted which makes the steering wheel hard to steer.

Explain how?

I'm missing something about the connection between the steering and the cooling.

While I was driving the Serpentine belt broke and then the coolent container melted making it almost impossible for me to steer which made to hit a guardrail. I was trying to avoid hit the guardrail by turning the steering wheel which keeped stiffening up. The engine was overheating forcing me to stop and I called in and the told me to go to the nearest terminal.

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

Now I'm confused.... How did you get it to a terminal if you can't steer and no coolant? That's a lot of expensive damage, not including the body damage.

Can we see the pictures you took? Just out of curiosity because I've never, in all my years of driving, seen a coolant tank melt.
