I use Twitter as a source of information...like a news feed. I have sports sources listed so I can stay on top of what's going on in baseball, and some Veteran information sources to keep an idea on what's going on there, too. I retweet stories that are funny or that I think are important.
You could set up a Twitter account to send Tweets of the stories and headlines and advice articles you send out each day via email, Brett. I haven't looked up trucking industry Tweet sources before now, but, will take a look for some in a minute.

That's about what I figured was the general consensus. Not much use for Twitter in what we're doing.

now a weekly or monthly video posted on Youtube might not be a bad idea :P
FaceCrack Tweaker
and all the others do nothing for me.
Heck I can't even stand text messages. If you have that much to tell me, PUSH THE CALL BUTTON!!!! That way I don't have to deal with you as long.... LOL I mean if it takes you 10 minutes to make your point on text just call me and get it over with in seconds.
I could not agree more. Give me a call instead of texting me for 30 minutes just to find out if it's cold out or really cold out . lol
I have friends in so many time zones, from the pretty girls I met on holiday in Cebu in the philippines, to friends in Ukraine (who are rather upset with Russia right now) friends in the US, friends in China, former students in China, friends in Germany, friends in the UK...
Having lived in Asia, made friends with fellow travellers, blah blah blah... there's no way to just pick up a phone when what might be a nice time to relax and grab the phone in the afternoon where you are is 3am somewhere else.
Hence why I have US Facebook, Russian VK and Chinese QQ/Qzone.
Plus, I'm deaf, phones are a thing I just don't do :D
I have no opinion about Twitter even though I signed up when it first came out. Never could see a real use for it, myself. I really wanted to reply to tell Anchorman, "You are one freekin' funny man!" I love his photos that he puts up. And the links are usually very informative also . . .
