Pre-hire letters are acceptance letters from trucking companies to students, or even potential students, to verify placement. The trucking companies are saying in writing that the student, or potential student, appears to meet the company's minimum hiring requirements and is welcome to attend their orientation at the company’s expense once he or she graduates from truck driving school and has their CDL in hand.

So I just got my CDL and awaiting my X endorsement in the mail. The hardest decision I have to make is what trucking company to go with. I have submitted my online applications with many companies and am busy talking to different recruiters. I had higher expectations but my ego is dwindling as I realize that my choices are so limited. And then you read driver forums and watch youtube videos of truckers saying their awful experiences abt certain carriers. Makes me more confused. Is there anything like a perfect trucking company? If there is, which one would you recommend? I live in Central Florida
