Try reaching out to private schools or a community college that offers CDL training. They may do testing on site and allow you to do that for a fee.
Please tell us about yourself, primarily what your goal is after obtaining your license. Nearly every reputable company that hires new drivers is going to require atleast 160 hours of schooling because their insurance requires it. Just having a CDL doesn't guarantee you a job if you dont have that certificate or experience.
