Let me make sure I am understanding what you are saying......Your husband is with a trucking company that says he will be OTR (over the road) for 2 years??? No home time??
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.

Well...someone is misinformed....no trucking company keeps their drivers out over 2 months, unless the DRIVER wants to stay out.....schooling is usually 4-6, possibly 8 weeks, max, then they go out with their trainers for a given amount of time.
