I just did a hashtag in your honor ... which you should keep doin cuz I dig it!
I use my real name for the website and I don't have a nickname per se but most of the years I drove truck my handle was "Rolling Stone" in reference to the Dylan song that described my lifestyle pretty well:
How does it feel
To be on your own
With no direction home
Like a complete unknown
Like a Rolling Stone
I lived in the truck most of the 15 years I drove. I didn't have any sort of home most of the time, nor a vehicle. I would live in the truck and stay with family and friends or take vacation time on the road somewhere when I wanted a break. Just rolled along....
I really like knowing where people's nicknames come from. I need to add this question to our profile section, eh?
Operating While Intoxicated
Mines just my name, The signup form had blanks for the name, but I didn't see one for a handle.
Most other forums I'm Kiwi303.
Kiwi because I am a Kiwi... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiwi_%28people%29 and 303 because my Go-To gun for most hunting is a 1940 Ishapore Armoury (India) made SMLE .303
i am involved with pollinators of all sorts, I like to think of myself as a kind of mental pollinator.collecting thoughts from blossoms of others and sharing with the like minded . my name is Brad, Bee-rad started with the nickelboard players of south Texas.seems natural to me.

Rhys,
If you click on Menu > My Profile > Update Your Profile. You will see a section that says "Public Name". You can enter Kiwi303 here if you would like to change your name to your handle. Forum members would then see your handle instead of name.
#ThanksBrett I find everyone's name interesting.
Names have meaning, and I often wonder what that person has been through to get their nickname. From reading your book, Rolling Stone seems to fit you....I can see it! Ha!
Whitesnake: An' here I go again on my own Goin' down the only road I've ever known
Like a drifter I was born to walk alone
These words fit me to a tee. I've learned a lot, seen a lot, lived a lot of different places....By the time I was 17, I had been to California and back (NC) twice...yes, I contributed a lot of gray hair to my dad....Never hooked on drugs or any of the "other bad stuff"....I just never fit in and made my own path with Very FEW regrets! But as I got older....I calmed down....A LITTLE! LOL
When are you going to post a pic of you and your truck from "back in the day"

Truck drivers who regularly pick up from or deliver to the shipping ports will often be required to carry a TWIC card.
Your TWIC is a tamper-resistant biometric card which acts as both your identification in secure areas, as well as an indicator of you having passed the necessary security clearance. TWIC cards are valid for five years. The issuance of TWIC cards is overseen by the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.

Heavy because I'm rather large and my name is Corey. I even had it put on my license plate when I had my mustang.
