I'll update the process after the holidays to make it much faster. But right now it seems to be working well. Avatars are working now also.

Speaking of avatars, I was about to post again to Eugene's teaming thread, in reply to Kearsey, used a smiley for the first time here and at the end I hit the Preview button to see if it worked ok. I do usually check the Preview option though, just in case. But this time an interesting glitch appeared instead-- rather than my comment appearing in Preview, I was honored to see Rob T's recent hefty thread-starter post on "Slip-Seating" in MY Preview window. So I went back to the Submit option, clicked that and it started to work on "Sending"... I did hit the button again a couple times, but I guess too soon this time and it still wasn't uploading, so I opened another TT window to post this one in the meantime.
BMI:
Body mass index (BMI)
BMI is a formula that uses weight and height to estimate body fat. For most people, BMI provides a reasonable estimate of body fat. The BMI's biggest weakness is that it doesn't consider individual factors such as bone or muscle mass. BMI may:
- Underestimate body fat for older adults or other people with low muscle mass
- Overestimate body fat for people who are very muscular and physically fit
It's quite common, especially for men, to fall into the "overweight" category if you happen to be stronger than average. If you're pretty strong but in good shape then pay no attention.
