This is a pretty good tool to route plan in the western US Mountain Directory
To OP: I think the more realistic question for you will be, which route will you be most comfortable with? I don't think that trip is possible without navigating a pass or 2.
Doesn’t sound very heavy so Wyoming isn’t a good option but Montana has more ups and downs. 80 to 84 then up or 80 to 90? Sketchy either way.
Google maps southern routing:
I-80 W. Take I-84 W, I-82 W and I-90 W to WA-204 E in West Lake Stevens.
There really isn't any way to not pass through some hills. There's those pesky ROCKY MOUNTAINS that have to be crossed at some point.
Why in the heck would you want to go to Lake Stevens in a trailer in the coldest, most dreariest time of the year?

Elk hunting?

Way too late for Elk season. That's over for this year out west.

Hi. If I were going to pull a travel trailer with my 2WD Silverado 1500 from Iowa to Lake Stevens, WA, what would be the best route this time of year to avoid the mountain passes???
