Everything im reading indicates thats true, that you can not obtain a CDL. I am unsure of getting it expunged is an option as it says if you've ever been convicted of it. Sorry to confirm the bad news.

I was honest with all my recruiters and got offers with Wilson, Roehl, and Prime. I start at prime on the 25th. It may cause you issues but federal dot looks mainly at federal charges not state. As soon as they found out I had unsupervised probation as a punishment and it was literally a dumb drunk farm kid thing I was ok. I may have issues with hazmat endorsements but not worried about it.
Explosive, flammable, poisonous or otherwise potentially dangerous cargo. Large amounts of especially hazardous cargo are required to be placarded under HAZMAT regulations

I don’t know what profession you were in when you took a bribe but I got hired and I have serious state prison time from 16 yrs ago almost 16 yrs this year in October I spent money on transcripts and sent them out with all my apps and a lot said no but a lot said yes Melton schneider swift stevens western express heartland they seen I was employed at the same place for 10 yrs at 1 drilling company in charge of a 47 million dollar rig they gave me a shot it’s all about how you represent yourself and how you’ve changed !! Like I said mine was state prison and not fed but I’ve got my hazmat and I’m waiting on my twic card I’ve had 1 before when I was drilling offshore so I know I’ll get it you don’t keep nothing out and no surprise past popping up and apply hope this helps
