You've had some bad luck, Uncle Rake. I once had to pick up an abandoned trailer in what's called "the Logan Triangle" (bottom right). It was easy to bobtail in. A pain in the butt to get out.

Sounds like you are near LaSalle University (upper left).

Bobtail:

"Bobtailing" means you are driving a tractor without a trailer attached.

I drive roosevelt Blvd all the time. Upper Darby, aramingo blvd. It sucks but gotta get done.

OOS:

When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
