Look some more. You have to kind of see through a lot of BS to really see the underlying companies. You will see tons of people complaining. These type people will complain to anybody that will listen. The people not complaining do not have time to post good things about companies because they are out there getting it done.
The reason each person chooses a starting company can be very different. Some people want more home time. Some want more miles. Some want to see a certain part of the country. Etc, etc, etc. It is a very personal decision. I applied at them all to see who would hire me. Once I had offers, then I sat down and researched each company. Make a pro list and con list for each. Then you can see which one fits you the best.
Your first year will be almost the same at any company. Just make sure you stay for a year at your first company if possible. If it turns out you hate the company, stay and get that first year in. It will pay off later if you do.
