To clarify... This former lease Op in this video was involved in a sexual relationship with the trainee and in addition broke several prime policies on camera for which he wasn't fired....including brining not one but two of her dogs on the truck. Pets are not allowed in training without special permission. Plus we have a 3 heartbeat policy.

There were also videos where he was drinking in a bar getting drunk....while not under loads nor breaking prime policy, he didn't make prime drivers look good. Quite a few prime drivers took issue with that.

By watching all of his videos...and hers because she had a Youtube also...you can deduct she wanted to stay teaming with him after she upgraded. Not only was he married, but he was going to vegas with another woman after the trainees upgrade, which she apparently didn't like. Her video shows her crying saying "I cant force someone to be with me"

Do NOT assume prime fired someone just for having a woman on the truck. This case is why way more involved.

I figured it was something along those lines. It just tap danced on some of the fears brought up by other people and their "concerns" about training as a female driver.
