3. 2 years minimum verifiable over-the-road experience, or proof of graduation from an accredited driving school combined with 9 months of verifiable over-the-road experience
I admit I did not look at the Active USA web site. I simply was replying to Straitnut's comment about driving new power units. And they require at least 9 months driving experience to get the newbie accidents out of the way.
Anne asks where the Experience Tree is:
Doesn't one need to have quite a bit of experience to even DO those, Errol ?!?!?
Yes, no company will trust a rookie with 1-4 power units driven conga-line style across the USA. A doubles-triples endorsement is required (it's just another test). So Active USA isn't just another trucking company.
Thanks, Errol !
Sheesh; once Ms. Laura 'clarified that' .. my mind just went ... 'really?!?!?'
Tom's been driving many years and has never been offered what he is looking into, and what YOU HAVE done. Don't think my guy would even TRY it .. LoL!
Again, thank you!
