Thanks, Pete B. That's actually a more convenient place to park than the Roehl drop lot.
Maybe they’ll have you drop your trailer at a nearby shipper and bobtail home. Schneider used to have me do that. Sometimes that nearby location was over an hour away. But, they’d always route (and pay) me out of the house, to pick up an empty, usually within ten miles.
This worked great ‘cause the Walmart had no issue with me leaving just my truck there over the weekend.

"Bobtailing" means you are driving a tractor without a trailer attached.
The customer who is shipping the freight. This is where the driver will pick up a load and then deliver it to the receiver or consignee.
