Yep!! It's EPIC though, isn't it?!?! I remember that 'saying' from my youth... "Every Tom, Richard (abbreviated accordingly of course) and Harry" blah blah blah .....

I actually 'entered' that sign into a Ford Motor Company (I know, Ford, haha!) drawing for 'unique signs' in the USA, and won 3rd place, $100.00 years back!
