If it were me, I would not make the switch at the beginning of the cold weather season of a year.
I definitely won't until summer. Knock on wood, I'll have a year solo in May. I wasn't thinking about changing anything til at least a year. One of the detractors from changing anything is that I really like the DMs and TM at Denver and I've begun to establish myself as a solid performing driver there.
