Depends what you need.
At CFI, starting in your second year you have more options. Most companies offer health, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and more. CFI even has an option for pet insurance.
Your question is very broad. Everyone's needs are different.
Insurance off any type has always been a want, need, afford type thing. Blue cross / Blue Shield seems to be a very common company and from what little I’ve ever used it, worked very well. If you’re the type of person looking for more holistic approaches Kaiser Permanente offers various plans for that as well but you have to look into specifics for availability. As Big Scott said, your question is too broad to answer with just a few names of various companies.
I'm not sure what you're even asking. Are you asking the best provider such as blue cross or United Healthcare? Are you asking what company offers the "best" insurance?
All of our wants and needs when it comes to any benefits is different so we can't answer that. You may prefer a higher payment weekly with a minimal deductible while I prefer the opposite.

Hey all, What’s the best Health insurance for OTR Truckers?
Please don’t say the ones the companies offer :)
OTR:
Over The Road
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
