It took me more than six months to get ME, ND, and RI. Real quiet up there.

RI is the only state I haven’t been too out of the 48.
I've only been there once, and I went by the only TA there to park for the night. I think I was driving at Roehl then, so it's been awhile.
My area! That's true, there not too many truck stops there. TA in Greenfield, NH (ex 3 on 95) is small and crowded after 6 pm, but if you go a bit farther up north, there is a really nice rest area in Kennebunk, ME. Or if you take a 101 shortcut to I93, there is a good Pilot in Hooksett, NH.

Herd of Meese, Flock of Geese. None here. :(

By the way, moose tags in Maine are auctioned and fly away as hot pancakes for about $20k each!
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

It's a lottery system and it ain't no $20,000.
Where do you come up with this stuff? More internet facts?

Yep, that's what I did 5 minutes of research on, too. $15 for one lottery ticket, then $585 for the non-residential license.
Anyway, back to the original topic, and hopefully some truth concerning trucking.

Gotta watch out for Moose, or so the signs say. Unusual to drive without seeing any billboards. (I95). Very little traffic. Great to see new areas of the country and get paid for it.
