Lol Annie, well that dinner musta been good, I finally pulled in another 600+ drive (4) shutdown after just 680miles grrr.......So I didn't hit my 700+ goal, oh well 724 is my record at old job... Funny is I got a max speed of 72 here and had a max of 67 at old place....Drop this load later, then grab another Target pre-load, back to Midlothian, Tx...

Ok figured just add stuff here, not into making thread after thread lol

So, am starting to think n feel maybe this will be my dedicated lanes since, am doing same 2, each week. Cool by me either way, 1st a Target load outta Rialto, Cal. DC to Midlothian, Tx DC. Then a 280 mile deadhead north up to Jenk's, OK. for Kimberly Clark DC, load back to their Ontario, Ca. DC. Approx. 2800-2900 miles for both each week, and I'm usually 24 hours or so early at delivery points. Drop n Hook with little wasted time....

Burning up my 70 pretty much though, doing another 34 reset, here in Van Horn, Tx. Which is over about 2 am so, will jump on it and make delivery in 500 miles. Be home Thursday, 3 days off over xmas, asked to have a load out again next sunday, to start out again.

And a plus I see now, I get a few lil "extras" in pay, hourly pay while IN Cali, break times paid, and should make the $0.04 fuel/safety/productivity bonus, paid separately from regular check/dep Will see by end of the month I guess. Anything over $1,500 a week is fine by me hahaha

Deadhead:

To drive with an empty trailer. After delivering your load you will deadhead to a shipper to pick up your next load.

Always good to hear! DARN NICE on the guaranteed pay, eh? Kimberly Clark; Int'l Paper, all wonky this week. Glad you've steered clear of the WEATHER!

Tom (& Don's) place is all Int'l Paper related, corrugated, and DANG it's been unpredictable the way the holidays fall, for sure!!! I shouldn't have 'overspent' for Christmas, dang me, haha!!!!

Here's HIS drive home, LAST EVENING! Napoleon (Toledo area) Campbell's ... to Mt. Vernon, Ohio. No plows. Note, the placement of the 'Pedigreed Bulldog' on the hood, LoL!
