Yup we grew again. CFI just completed the purchase of this Missouri based company. Come along for the ride.
This is pretty cool, Scott!
Any further details, ie: Will this be an additional training facility for on boarders?
I'm an industry 'newshound' as you know, haha!
Thanks,

Don't know any details at this time.
Does the company stay D&D or become CFI? Just wondering.

New name could be "TMI: Sex".

Did CFI buy Transport America? There is a yard by Norfolk Southern Intermodel in Kansas City that has both companies trucks there.
TA was a subsidiary of TFI. Sister company.
They most likely become part of CFI Temp Controlled.
They closing something in Minnesota as well as the Birmingham, Alabama terminal.
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

Haya Scott;
In looking up D&D Sexton on the FMCSA Saferweb site, it appears this is only a logistics company, with an MC# as a broker. Interesting; waiting to hear!
All I can think of is they are already operating under CFI's authority already. Hmmmmm.... ?!?

The FMCSA was established within the Department of Transportation on January 1, 2000. Their primary mission is to prevent commercial motor vehicle-related fatalities and injuries.
What Does The FMCSA Do?

A month ago I went to Springfield MO, then over to Joplin and up I-49. D & D Sexton is just outside of Joplin and park down in an area that's mostly limestone. I've always been curious why they would dig a hole to park their equipment...but then again they may have bought that place already dug out. Couple weeks ago I saw a couple of D & D trucks out on the road.
