In my earlier reply I failed to mention that I agree with Brett almost 100%. I only took the $&@@)(&@) vaccine to be able to visit and stay with my wife. And to see if my in-laws can cook up some other excuse to kick me out.

I understand your conundrum, re: the vax, Chris . . . we were worried Tom would have to succumb, to visit his mom in the nursing home. Long story behind that? Tom still has his STNA badge (from years ago; put him thru driving school @ 11/hour) ... so, he wears the lanyard and an N95 mask. Just went in Sunday. He has the CODE for the side door; he goes in so much they think he works there! He's a great son, I'll give him that.
I lost MY mom at 16 myself; I'll never stand in the way of a man & his fam. Nope. Not THIS gal. God Bless Families!

Drive-A-Check Report
A truck drivers DAC report will contain detailed information about their job history of the last 10 years as a CDL driver (as required by the DOT).
It may also contain your criminal history, drug test results, DOT infractions and accident history. The program is strictly voluntary from a company standpoint, but most of the medium-to-large carriers will participate.
Most trucking companies use DAC reports as part of their hiring and background check process. It is extremely important that drivers verify that the information contained in it is correct, and have it fixed if it's not.

Friend, I'm a little worried. You said you had the shot. One of the most common problems with the shot is blood clots. I have a friend who has blood clots in his lungs from the shot and is struggling to survive right now. Here are the symptoms (from the web):
- Shortness of breath
- Chest pain
- Cough (it may be bloody, and there might be blood in the gunk you cough up)
- Sudden pain in your back
- Much more sweating than usual
- A lightheaded feeling, or passing out
- Blue lips or nails
Obviously, the potential for this is life-threatening. I can't tell you what you should do right now, but I just want you to be aware of what it might be. Fingers crossed it's nothing but a bad cough.

Last I checked blood clots are not contagious. My dad started feeling off last week and it has since spread to myself and my mother.

My wife has lived w her parents for 18 months now since this apocalypse began. I am staying w them now since I took the jab. I did not want it but was told to stay away. Unless I got vaccinated. I did. Second jab yesterday. I am feeling a little off. I rarely mask up and was around multiple people who were diagnosed w covid. Its a bunch of BS.
