Goodbye

I read Kerry's thread in its entirety. He witnessed an incident at a bar involving racism. And he gets verbally assaulted by moderators etc. I have read many of his posts and some of them were opinionated. Do you think he started his training diary only to bust out w some racism just to prove a fu$&@@g point? Come on now. This site keeps me close to a career I wish I had never left. I am dealing w a mistake I made last year which effects my chances of ever returning. If I were to explain in full, lord I only wonder the negativity that would result. I am baffled by the attack on Kerry. Why not throw him off the site? No just belittle him and continue to belittle him. Its time I said "Goodbye! I hope everyone keeps it shiny side up. And I thank you!l" And I do not care what Kerry said in posts prior to his diary, he was attacked and handled it well. Then he says ..... you! He should have been just kicked off the site, but the attacks continued. Wow! I hold my tongue. God bless.

I just feel as if he was attacked in his training diary. I really do not think he spent all that time posting and sharing the details of his experiences only to fuel an opinion, race issue,etc. Shut it down don't rip into him and fuel the fire. If I wanted to read that crap I would watch the news. "Idiot wind, blowing everytime you move your mouth." My last tune.!

Yes. That’s exactly what he did. That’s been his agenda from the get go. He wasn’t personally attacked at all. He was called out on his bs. And in the end when you’re telling a moderator to F off. That pretty much confirms that it was bs and he took it personal. Which it wasn’t. His thread was doing just fine till he fabricated a story. Stick around Kandyman. No reason to leave.

I joined back in 2016(I think) and had zero issues. I left because I was not going to continue my journey back into trucking at the time. I returned and chose to do a new profile. Reasons 1) I lost all my passwords when I changed phones 2) I suffer from memory issues 3) I deleted many accts and started over

It's possible I confused you with someone else. We have a few people who have changed names a few times, and I may have inadvertently confused you with one of them. If so I'll redact my statements about you and apologize. What other names did you go under?

All one needs to do is read all of Kerry’s posts to realize his overall MO. Although he did not play the racism card yet, his approach was to post Contrarian opinions not based in concrete facts. There was no Honeymoon with him... without the benefit of any experience he consistently argued with successful, experienced drivers. Although I’d be guessing as to why he was here in the first place, I don’t think his intentions were to learn from anyone.

Just take a look at his first comments on TT... although I’ve been away for a bit, I’d bet he was put on Moderation almost immediately...

Although I agree it’s less difficult landing a local gig as a rookie driver, the typical demands for a local job increase the risk of failure dramatically. Yes, some succeed, but I strongly believe the attrition rate on local jobs is statistically greater with less than 12 months of professional experience. It would be an interesting study.

Ya’ll can question how harshly TT handled Kerry based on his recent themed thread; overall the forum is better off without the effort required to review all of his posts and filter the wheat from the chaff to uphold the essence of what we stand for.

I have deleted a previous statement I made in this thread earlier this morning because I confused Kandyman with someone else.
