Better yet, just call the companies that interest you, and ASK the questions,
THEN, tell em to email you, what they just told you.....Online reviews don't tell it right.
Joel, I would not recommend teaming for a new driver unless it was with a family member. A FEDEX contractor is a go, go, go job with tight schedules. Not much room for newbie errors. Training companies, like CFI, are more tolerant of those errors.
I am happy to answer any questions you may have. With my current route I have less time to be on here. I do try to at least check in regularly.
Would like to put in my 2 cents if I may, I wouldn't recommend a carrier that is team only, if you come to find out you don't enjoy driving teams you are screwed. If you are interested in teaming most mega carriers if not all will pair you with someone and if you decide you don't want to team all you have to do is request to be solo which usally isn't a big hassle. Pretty sure we have alot of Schneider drivers on here
