Is it worth reading?
Only to those willing to learn.
I highly recommend reading Old School’s blog, Life As A Road Warrior … beginning with his first post in 2013. It teaches you how to be successful in this lifestyle as well as anything you’ll find to read.
So I've been wanting to read Old School's book whenever he gets it done. That said, I haven't read Brett's book, and I'm wondering how it has aged? Is it worth reading?
Also, what other truck driving books do people recommend?
Thanks.
I have the hard copy, myself. It's still VERY relatable. I prefer a 'book in hand' than online reading, myself. There are still a few out there; last I found mine was on Etsy, I believe.

ps: Great answer, PackRat !!!!
Anne,
Nice find. Apparently, I've asked a question that has already been asked and answered. I suppose a lot of what goes on in this forum is redundant.

It's all good, Chris !
Sometimes (often!) it's great to see a subject revisited, with 'fresh eyes.'
Also, Dave Wickenhauser, who did some articles/blogs for Brett on here, has a couple 'fiction' books published; available on Amazon. The kindle version is on AzPrime, as well.

Its been a few years since I read it. I remember being very grateful that it was offered to us for free. I was very on the fence about my career change, and it helped me rest assured that I was making the correct decision. Over the years, Ive only met one other driver who has read the book. I really think that is disappointing, but it speaks more to the driving population, not the book itself.
