Hello everyone. I'm new here. Sinking knowledge. I'm trying to find a truck driving company that hires with no experience. Also I don't have a work history at all. So if a truck driving company ask me about about my work history. I would have to tell them that it isn't one. I'm 41. I've been living off of security income. But I can work. I pass my DOT physical. Do anyone know what truck driving company that does not just look at your work history. Please 🙏 🙏 🙏 help me please 🙏

DOT:

Department Of Transportation

A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.

State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.

As far as I know, all companies want to know your previous jobs, because this information helps them in making hiring decisions. Maybe you can find s job at a small company, especially if you know the boss, or if he is your relative. Now if you forgive me being so curious, why did you decide not to work while being able to work? Wasn't it just boring?

Work history is required because of 911, is what I've been told. If you were on Social Security, you should have received a 1099 every year. That will show what you have been doing... which was living on paid disability. You will need three years.

Never, ever worked? What makes you think you could hack it as a driver?
