Leg cramps can sometimes be associated with blood clots. Maybe something to have checked.
Leo Lee, I have a trusted naturalistic practitioner who is very low cost. He helped me eliminate leg cramps. I have no financial interest in referring people to him. (Full disclosure)
However, if you contacted him it could be very beneficial for your condition. If you go to my profile, you can email me for his contact info.
I did some research on this and found that magnesium oil might help. It’s not really an oil, rather magnesium and water. It can be applied topically
I've been taking 400 mg of magnesium in pills for the past eight years. Never had any muscle cramps since starting. I did have serious arm and hand cramps daily from running a chainsaw as a commercial timber faller for a couple years. Once I started taking these, the problem was solved in under 48 hours. Too much magnesium can bring on diarrhea, though, so see what is tolerable.

A truck drivers DAC report will contain detailed information about their job history of the last 10 years as a CDL driver (as required by the DOT).
It may also contain your criminal history, drug test results, DOT infractions and accident history. The program is strictly voluntary from a company standpoint, but most of the medium-to-large carriers will participate.
Most trucking companies use DAC reports as part of their hiring and background check process. It is extremely important that drivers verify that the information contained in it is correct, and have it fixed if it's not.

Lee, I’ve seen plenty of drivers who have obvious disabilities and still qualify to drive. I think you will be fine I get brain cramps but am able to work through them.
I’m a proponent of dill pickles. Great source of electrolytes. I eat them every day and then I drink the juice. Little known fact: professional athletes use pickles or pickle juice to give them energy and help with digestion. Might be worth a try for you.
