Sure have Don. Where you live and most northern area with the cold winters and road salt used can "rot" the metal on anything. I remember when I lived in NJ

It's called cheap Chinese white metal. It looks solid but is garbage and does not withstand the cold for too long.
Forgot to add that you can see the break occurred at the weakest point where the mounting holes were drilled.

Well, this is a first. Have never had a trailer gladhand snap off. Anyone else have this occur to them?
Just googled to see if this is common, or if my luck is as bad as I think it is. But it Sure has, happened this morning, the whole plant heard me scream, took our mechanic about an hour to get it fixed. I despise the cold.
