It seem just couple months ago I was talking bout coming to truck driving school through Stevens Transport in Denver CO with career world wide. The instructor 's are hands on and knowledgeable, which meant a lot. Test out this week, then head to Dallas TX CONTINUE with trainer for addition 5-6 weeks. It is exciting getting back to what I truly LOVE

CDL:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:

  • Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

Wayne...its good to see you finishing up, and heading out with your trainer...and SOON, you will be in your own truck !!! You should be proud...you have made a plan, execute your plan, and are getting ready to reap the rewards.. CONGRATULATIONS !!!!
