My friend got a ticket in CA and before the court date, his companies' insurance company found. It and he was fired for not reporting it. He explained he was fighting it and not convicted. Unfortunately, it's not that simple. As a CDL holder, you want it dismissed. FMSCA antimasking laws apply. It can be pled down, but the original charge has to be on the record.
