We can always enable his departure...scary thought this loose cannon carries.

OOS:

When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

Constitutional-guaranteed rights and freedoms are very important, which I completely agree with. The OP just seemed to be posting more of a personal blog than contributing ideas, experience, or knowledge truly useful to the purpose of this site IMO.

True enough... to me he is a ready, fire, aim kinda person.

Agreed. In my experience, most that seem to speak so easily about the taking of another life have never done so. In my life experiences, it actually IS a big deal. The single biggest, most ultimate act that exists.

That was certainly a unique conversation.

Where I really had to laugh was the part where he was calling someone a rookie, then bragging about making 5-10k a month. I know plenty of company drivers taking that home lol. He either doesn’t work very much, is leased on to a company robbing him blind or has no idea how to run his truck.

I have no problem with people owning guns based on the second amendment. It’s a basic right and everyone I know personally who owns guns is serious about safety and proper use of firearms. Most have firearms for hunting and get licenses to do so and obey the laws.

The Constitution gives no right to own and misuse guns. That’s why people who commit crimes involving firearms are in prison and as felons cannot legally own a firearm, not that it matters to criminals who want to own a gun.

The OP made a statement that he had observed the trucking protestors and termed them peaceful. Then he proceeded to state that peaceful protesters will accomplish nothing. By extrapolation, it sounds like he is promoting violent protests, no doubt making use of his beloved guns kept for personal protection. Basically a call for anarchy in this country. We are better than this, aren’t we?

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

If you type the word "Noctis" in Google, it shows a make believe cartoon character. I think the OP could be from that realm...

Could the name be a shortened version of “0bnoxious”??
