The sherriff especially recommends if you see a group of people or a single person walking on your property that "no habla ingles" to just shoot them dead for obvious reasons.

A sheriff who recommends to shoot an unknown person is either a criminal, or retarded, or doesn't exist. I have a Texas permit to carry, I took a class, and I can tell that if someone shoots a person as it is described by that "sheriff," this someone goes to jail.
