Believability aside, you were given perhaps the only steps you can take to get past this. Truth matters not at this point.
The only other suggestion I can offer is to pay for another test or two from an independent lab (s). In the slim chance that you popped a false negative, this could possibly redeem you. However, if your low dosing was really a thing, all the tests in the world won't help you. An unproven story will leave you guilty in everyone's eyes.
Not weighing in on belief or disbelief but as a nurse why couldn't she just find a doc to script her Adderall? If she was dosing such that you didn't notice I can't imagine it would have been all that different than taking an XR once a day and maybe an instant release later in the day. Then she'd have been like Doc Holliday "This time it's legal"

I honestly couldn't tell you. Once she told me that she refused to go to rehab, that she doesn't have a problem with her drug use, it is me who has the problem with her using drugs, I ended it right then and there.
Drug addicts try so damn hard to convince people that they are not drug addicts, that you straight up can't tell if they are telling the truth or not.
Including convincing themselves. Right? We are not naïve...
I expected you to lash out. It doesn’t matter what we think and you definitely received all the help we can give you.
The rest is up to you.

So she told you that you have an issue with her using. Addicts almost never admit they have a problem because they dont care. It is usually the family that has issues with thier use. Years of working in mental health and Substance abuse has taught me that. Best bet in my opinion is distance your self, seek help through a SAP (they offer services for family in dealing with issues) give it time...... if you truely are substance free then try again in a year or so. Focus on you for now. If you do have a problem then at least you are attempting to address the issue and recover. It may have been a false positive but who (other than you) truely knows? Just my few cents. Remember the first step is admitting you have a problem (either drugs or family member using) and that your problems are not theirs.
The Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) is a person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol program regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.

Could something like this help, if you still think it may be a false positive, and not her micro dosing you?
Just 'Googling.' In & Out Labs
Here's this, too: False Positive Drug Tests
Also, did they do the Gas Chromatography, GC/MS for confirmation?
"Can you have a false positive hair follicle test?
Also, it sometimes gives false positives. A false positive occurs when the test results come back positive for drugs, but there has been no drug use. If your first test comes back positive, a follow-up test known as gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) is done for confirmation."
I wish you the best, man. Just trying to think outside the box.

I am scheduled for a really great lab that is used for Federal Court cases on Monday to have another hair follicle test done, along with fingernails. I am paying out of pocket for this, and it's not cheap. But it's worth it to me to be sure.

Good for you; great to hear. Well worth it's weight in GOLD, (and a CDL!)
Let us know what happens, thanks & best wishes!

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
Interesting find. The lab told me that you cannot test positive for second hand, yet I found this...

I'm not asking for anyone to be apologetic. I'm not that weak minded. And you are right, it is called the trucking truth which is why I am here, I am telling you the trucking truth.
Thanks for the best wishes. I'll get there, one way or the other.
