My buddy told me tonight, the inter change from the I-15 south onto the I-210 west, has installed, and started using the stop light for traffic control. He said NOW the 15 is backing up to the Sierra exit (2-3miles?) and bunching up traffic, into a 20 minute wait, to merge onto the 210 pfffft
