I'm on a 5ish day fishing trip with my father, was driving pulling the boat in the left lane saw the sign for a scale and started to move over for it. Also I was planted in the right lane behind of a bunch of trucks and my dad asked I plan on following them all day or can we pass them. I'm just so used to hanging out in the right lane it became 2nd nature.
That's awesome about the trip w/your dad, B'Bob!! If he lets you drive the BOAT, hopefully you'll LOSE that behaviour in the waterways, hahaha!
Have fun, man. Good time of year, to play!

I reach to push in the knobs when I get in my car.
What are ya fishing for?

I paid for it so he better let me drive lol. It's been 16 years since we had a boat and I figured it was time, then gas hit $5.30 by home.

I've done that. Also tried to step on the clutch.

Fish..... jk bass mostly maybe crappie.
I drive a Volvo with the Jakes on a stalk. Can’t tell you the number of times I’ve tried slowing down our Toyota Sequoia using Jakes. 😆

… same here on the Volvo. I could never understand why the wipers came on but my car wasn’t slowing down.

Well, at least with a boat you can avoid the price of fuel and just use the oars.
Depends on the boat. Size matters.

It's a lot better than hitting the hazards before a railroad crossing OR honking the horn before backing into a parking space OR taking an embarrasingly wider than necessary turn. In your personal vehicle. Been called on it haha!
Lol. I'm constantly turning on the wipers in the car too, miss my Jake. I end up driving in the right lane too. The Mrs will usually point out that I'm not in my truck
