Western Express And Contract Question

I couldn’t pay and was also confused with timing and thing with my state. I did not get my med card also not expecting to go out on the road again. I lost my CDL because of med card renewal. Now I was under contract with Western Express when I left. Will that ever expire or remain for life?

CDL:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:

  • Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

I found this to be a little confusing, I think you are asking since you lost CDL to a medical card problem will you still owe WE?

You would have to read the contract my guess is yes, they will probably send it to collections after awhile. Your best option is to try and settle or make a payment plan.
