Csa score goes against a carrier not a driver. Maybe you can ask them to clarify. Maybe it's your psp report?

CSA violations go against both company and driver scores. I takes 3 years of clean driving to get scores removed. Every year a third of the point ranking goes off your record. Points are based off a severity rating dependent on the infractions. Every written ticket and citation; except over-weights, effect your score. So really the only way to get better is drive clean and legal and the passage of time.
