Looks like Prime Inc. and Amazon have reached a settlement over the use of the Prime name.

Yeah, I saw that in my Yahoo! news feed yesterday; really doesn't 'say much,' does it?
Wonder if Kearsey/Rainy has some 'inside intel,' hahaha! I just wish Amazon would LOSE their logo, honestly.
Prime v. Prime From Yahoo! news. Scantily clad article, as well.
Thanks, though! What are 'your' thoughts, RD? Honestly, I don't even associate one with the other. I know a LOT of Prime drivers, in my relativity anyway, and I order from Amazon Prime, never even 'thought' about one being the other, or vice versa. Just me?

In all fairness… Prime was the first prime so the other Prime was the second prime… which by definition isn’t the first Prime…
Amazon Not Prime… catchy.

I'm so confused, but it's all good! It's not McDonald's, but "I'm Lovin' It!!"
Now if they'd just LOSE that dang LOGO !!!! (The Amazon Prime not Prime, NOT Prime, Inc. !!!)

"So who won?"
The lawyers.
Next?
Taylor Not Swift
I didn’t read it because I thought it was just about a new study of primates from the Amazon.
Next?
Taylor Not Swift
Nah, they're "Never Ever ... getting Back Together!"
Want to know why? UPS cornered the market with it's 'Reputation!'
Y'all started it, G' !!! (And Pack!)

Electric APUs have started gaining acceptance. These electric APUs use battery packs instead of the diesel engine on traditional APUs as a source of power. The APU's battery pack is charged when the truck is in motion. When the truck is idle, the stored energy in the battery pack is then used to power an air conditioner, heater, and other devices
Take a close look at the Swift trailer in that photo Anne… see anything odd about it?
Hint… it’s not the Mayflower
What are 'your' thoughts, RD?
Never bothered me at all either. Even when I was driving with Prime. I'm sure most Drivers and people in the shipping Industry know the difference.
The general public don't know a darn thing about Prime, Inc. It's not as though any negative press about Amazon Prime is really going to inadvertently effect Prime, Inc as a result. Like I mentioned above, the people in the trucking industry know the difference, and the general public never have to do any business with Prime, Inc.
The opposite could be true though. Negative press about Prime, Inc. could reflect negatively upon Amazon Prime in the eyes of the public...who actually do order directly from Amazon Prime. They might associate one with the other.
As I wrote this response to Anne I tried to limit the use of the word, Prime to avoid confusion. But G-Town's response has my mind doing back flips over the damn word🤣
PackRat said it best,
"So who won?"
