4 accidents are going to be hard to overcome. You say you had one that you remember, but what about the other three? How can you forget three accidents? Also, how serious were the accidents?
I am confused. There are four accidents listed, but you state you have had only one, which you were terminated for. More information would be needed to allow forum members to have a better understanding of what you are facing, and allow them to offer more complete advice.
Hello All.
Do you know if the records in the FMCSA report fall off like MVR from DMV after certain date? In 2019, I pulled my report after I was terminated. I know that I had one accident but the report said four. Needless to say, my manager wouldn’t returned my phone calls. The Compliance Dept pointed to my ex-manager…
My other question is do any of you know any company that willing to hire someone that had four accidents in the FMCSA report? TIA!

Hay, Thomas!
Welcome to TT. Have a look at some of StevoReno's posts.. he had some conundrums in Cali, and went on to a solid career and then some, with CRST, out of Cali. MillionMiler24, as well. WOW, his story was (is) epic. Hope he's still okay; I'll shoot him an email.
Re: Stevo .. He's retired out of country, now. Both of those two, started, here: Apply For Paid CDL Training..
If you DO have your 160 hour certificate, this: Apply For Truck Driving Jobs.
Worth a try, and the more you share here is, also...worth. Details could help the professionals, help you!
Best wishes, ask away!!

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
The CSA is a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) initiative to improve large truck and bus safety and ultimately reduce crashes, injuries, and fatalities that are related to commercial motor vehicle
The FMCSA was established within the Department of Transportation on January 1, 2000. Their primary mission is to prevent commercial motor vehicle-related fatalities and injuries.
What Does The FMCSA Do?
The state agency that handles everything related to your driver's licences, including testing, issuance, transfers, and revocation.
An MVR is a report of your driving history, as reported from your state Department of Motor Vehicles. Information on this report may include Drivers License information, point history, violations, convictions, and license status on your driving record.
A quick Google and the DOT website says this:
It shows a 5 year crash history and a 3 year inspection history.
So 5 years from the most recent and you will be in the clear.
A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.
State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.
I believe those are DOT reportable crashes, ie: injury, fatal, or tow away. Small non reportables will be on his DAC though.

A truck drivers DAC report will contain detailed information about their job history of the last 10 years as a CDL driver (as required by the DOT).
It may also contain your criminal history, drug test results, DOT infractions and accident history. The program is strictly voluntary from a company standpoint, but most of the medium-to-large carriers will participate.
Most trucking companies use DAC reports as part of their hiring and background check process. It is extremely important that drivers verify that the information contained in it is correct, and have it fixed if it's not.

True... I was trying to figure out which report he meant.

Still in all, and I don't recall the 'recipe...' about points falling off a DAC ... I didn't memorize that one because it's not been anything I've dealt with. Does anyone rememeber? Three points in .. yada yada .. something? I don't know.
Oh well, O/P may not return, anyway.
