+1 on this one too. I have also noticed that.

Read all of his posts Steve. He earned that. It’s funny how you never comment on anything encouraging that I write. Stop stalking my comments.

I deleted both of “Greats” replies to this. I do agree… good reply Anne. But it went on deaf ears.

Sorry you feel I was stalking. I had just finished a pretty lengthy post and saw yours.

I'm either on here a lot or not much at all. Comes and goes. Most of yours ARE encouraging and helpful and usually have bunches of praise by the time I see them. So, hey, sorry if that comes off wrong, I didn't take you for the sensitive type JUST KIDDING!

Oh well, yes you're very helpful most of the time. Yes you're wonderful. Yes...man, lighten up, I'm just kidding with you. But really, check that hat size, might have gone up a little...c'mon, just joking, you're THE G-TOWN man.

Don’t patronize me Steve. It’s okay, you don’t need to like me. Just play it straight.

Stop lashing out at us and talk to us with respect. This is a repeating pattern with you. You did it to the staff at Schneider, to the hotel staff, and now to us. Everyone is trying to give you the help and the opportunities you need to succeed, and yet you spit in their faces and then blame those same people for your lack of success. Truth is, you are your own worst enemy. I hope you can see it's time to change your tactics.

You are absolutely wrong but I'm definitely regretting that I kept shut up for two weeks and didn't talk until the day before last day that I asked instructor to not to scream and also asked another instructor to let me change food because this food truck keeps serving a very inferior food. These two were ground for termination. I wish that I would confront earlier and save time/money for myself and them. I don't see a respect from majority of members here either. Mostly very toxic mindset of you gotta go thru the ... I went thru too and also shut up and appreciate whatever they give you. No thnx.

Did you even read what I wrote?

I only had the time to do it BECAUSE OF a difficult situation yesterday and I’m waiting out my ten hour break. BUT YOU DON’T GIVE RAT’S REAR END!

Sorry G-Town, he does need to get his…well, ya know. 😆

Ok everyone, enough for here as my post get deleted because someone feel so. The point of this post was letting those applying to Schneider in Phoenix AZ know what they wil go thru. If they are desperate enough to be ok with it, I wish them good luck. For the rest of you guys here, I hope you respect your profession a bit more. Do not settle for any and every crap just because you are a trucker, you are tough, you are the real man. Do not assume that everyone needs to go thru the same pain as yours, to be an awesome trucker like "you". As long as majority of you don't change your mindset, this career gonna be looked down by others and you will be treated like a rescue from homeless shelter by your employer. Bye

It is amazing to me that every once and a while there is someone like Rookie here who is so stubborn that there is no amount of counsel and advice that can change that. These people are carbon copies of each other, the similarities are striking.

So, Rookie is no longer a rookie driver. A driver has to have a job to even be a rookie driver. And rookie has no job and I fear he will never have one as a driver. The level of immaturity is mind boggling.

One of the key things I look for in a person is a strong desire to improve themselves and to become the best they can be. Looking back through your comments, I can't find a single time you asked us how you could get better as a driver or a person.

You blame, complain, and criticize incessantly, but never ask what you can do to make yourself better. That's how Schneider knew, and I know, that you have no chance at success in this industry with your attitude.

I've said my piece. You're not interested in making yourself better, nor are you interested in a genuine conversation. You just want to place blame on others and then recruit people to support your position. You won't find that here. We'll support your efforts to improve yourself and we'll help you find success in your career, but you will not find any success using your approach.

Let’s get something straight… and this goes for anyone.

Don’t come on this forum a beat the drum that company x,y,x wronged you. Great was given numerous chances to come clean once he vented. But his venting started weeks ago. Schneider is not the problem here.

Great is just one of many, exhausting examples of a person not suited for this business unable to accept any responsibility for their failures or ownership of their success.

We have repeatedly said it matters not what company you work for; good drivers focused on the right stuff will be successful with almost any company.

The inverse of this is also true… case in point with our friend Great. He could care less about helping anyone else…or listening to any logical, rational reply. This is about bad mouthing Schneider…

I mean,… really? A sandwich label? This dude needs to move on…
