When companies extend pre-hires what's the proper way to "not accept" a prep-hire letter, do you call the recruiter and politely thank them for the opportunity but you accepted another offer but would like to keep them in mind for the future(that's what I would do) or do you just do nothing. What's the norm since some of you have been there and done that..
This happens all the time. It no big deal if you do not call them back. Would be nice if you did not not a requirement.

Yeah, I agree with Guyjax....it really won't matter either way. I would probably call them and at least leave a message if I couldn't get anyone on the line and thank them for the opportunity just to tie up loose ends.
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
I sent emails to the recruiters saying thank you and that I was no longer interested in the position. They would usually reply with a thank you as well. You should contact them and let them know. It will also take you off of their call and email list. I used to work in sales and I was required to keep calling the customer until they told me they were no longer interested.
